Cancellation Policy
We request a 24 hour notice for cancellations
Same day cancellations will result in 100% service cost due that day.
Late Drop off and Pick up Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a $15 fee will be added to your service
After 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled with 100% of the groom charge being paid that day.
At check in, we will inform you of when your pet will be finished. We will also text or call you 20 minutes to your pet being finished. We ask that you arrive within 30 minutes of that time If you arrive over 30 minutes (10 minutes after completion), $15 will be added to every 30 minutes over the pick up time.
No-Show Policy
A no call, no show will result in 100% service cost before or at your next grooming appointment.
If you no call no show 3 times, pre-payment will be required before booking an appointment.
We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you whenever possible. Communicate with us.
Matted Dog Policy
Your pet’s comfort and safety are our top priority. Severe matting can cause pain, skin irritation, and increase grooming time. To ensure we can properly care for your dog, a matting fee of $10 per 10 minutes will be applied to the service when matting is present.
Behavioral Concerns Policy
We always handle behavioral concerns on a case by case basis. If a dog shows signs of aggression, we may stop the groom and recommend other options for your pet’s safety. We never muzzle dogs while grooming.
Pet Health and Vaccine Policy
We do not groom dogs that are pregnant and/or female dogs with their cycle present. If a dog arrives to their appointment pregnant or on their cycle, 100% of the service cost is due and we will work with you to reschedule their appointment.
All clients must provide proof of updated vaccines.
If fleas, lice, and/or ticks are present on a dog, we will immediately stop the grooming process and require you to pick up immediately. In all cases, you will only be charged for the bath. Since fleas and ticks are very common in Colorado year-round, we highly recommend you use a monthly flea and tick preventative on all your pets.
